Ambrosia stands out among the restaurants in Lindos, largely because it's one of the few that isn't roof top. And with food this good, that's no disadvantage. This isn't the cheapest place in town, but it's a great place for a special evening out. Many of the customers seem to be regulars (or at least visited previously) and the atmosphere is very laid back for somewhere this high end.
