Faliraki beach is a beautiful sandy beach within walking distance of the town which bares the same name. You can hire sun beds and parasols, but you don’t really need one, as the beach itself is quite comfortable. There are lots of great bars and restaurants right by the beach. The water is clear and warm, especially mid summer. There are plenty of water sports available to, for those that want some adventure. Around the beach are some fantastic resorts and hotels to suit just about every price range.

It’s a huge beach, stretching something like 5 kilometers, and it is probably one of the most visited beaches on the island. As a result, you can find lots of different activities and also loads of bars that really get going late into the evening.

Nearby is the Faliraki water park, one of the biggest attractions of its kind in Europe. There is a huge variety of water slides, wave pools and interesting water attractions. It’s perfect for the kids too, as they always have more than enough lifeguards on duty.
