PARADISI BEACH
ABOUT
Paradisi beach is a beautiful little town filled with gardens and flowers that is just 14 kilometers from Rhodes town but feels like it is much further away from the hive of activity. The beach there is long and open, though quite narrow. It is mostly shingle and pebbles and the water is clean and clear.
It does however get deep quite quickly, making it a little unsuitable for young children. It is well organized, with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas for hire, and close by are tavernas and shops. The sunsets here are amazing.

But, if you don’t feel like lying on a sun bed all day but rather prefer some sporty activity, you could always hire a windsurfing board from the water sport centre on the beach. Be aware though that the airport is not far away, and you will hear planes flying overhead quite often. The tow itself has fantastic bakeries and lots of little alleyways and old churches to explore. If you happen to be in town in July, be sure to check out the local celebration of Saint Marina.
